## Our Thesis

### The End State of Trading Infrastructure

* Centralized exchanges win because they are fast, invisible, and aggregated.
* DeFi loses not because it is decentralized — but because it is fragmented, slow, and user-hostile.
* Crypto-native capital wants to speculate, hedge, rotate, yield-farm, and front-run narratives — across chains, across primitives — without complexity.

The endgame is obvious: **a single terminal that offers full-spectrum onchain access with CEX-tier execution and UI**.

No signings. No switching networks. No chain errors. No token approvals.\
Just **markets, speed, and edge.**

***

### Onchain UX is Stuck in 2017

* Every trade is still a multi-click, gas-managed, wallet-juggling sequence.
* Aggregators hide fragmentation, but they don’t solve it.
* Intents-based infra improves routing — but the front-end still sucks.
* Wallets are glorified keychains — not execution environments.

The net result?

* Alpha leaks.
* New users churn.
* Power users multi-tab across 8 frontends, 5 networks, 3 wallets.

There is no single pro trading environment that gives users:

> Real market access\
> Real privacy\
> Real speed\
> Real finality\
> Real edge

Until now.

***

### The Genius Terminal Thesis

**Genius Terminal is the first private and final onchain terminal.**

It’s what comes after aggregators, intents bridges, and wallet extensions — a **purpose-built trading OS** for professional users who want *DeFi without DeFi UX*.

It is:

* **Chain-invisible**: No multi-approval bridging. No asset wrapping.
* **Signatureless**: No popups. No approvals. No stuck transactions.
* **Programmatic**: Behavior specified once, reused everywhere.
* **Unified**: Spot, perps, pre-launch, yield — all one balance, one portfolio.
* **Private**: Purpose built for discreet execution and the movement in and out of positions with size, with future support for private vaults + txs.
* **Beautiful**: Delightfully designed and constructed.&#x20;

***

### What Makes It Pro

Genius Terminal is not for yield tourists or token hoarders. It’s built for:

* High-frequency actors
* Narrative traders
* Whale wallets
* DeFi-native power users
* Institutional allocators

Advanced features include:

* **Pre-launch token access**: Trade new markets before they're listed.
* **Unified perp markets**: Trade across Hyperliquid from one terminal.
* **Real-time market insights**: Integrated funding data, liquidity heatmaps, memecoin radars, holder data, etc.
* **Atomic routing**: Multi-chain balance can behave as one.
* **Portfolio-native yield**: Earn yield directly from your dashboard holding usdGG.

No RPCs. No popups. No wait time.

Just execution.

***

### The Terminal Is the Product

Genius Terminal is not a frontend for protocols. It is the final front-end **product**.

* Protocols become APIs.
* Bridges become pipes.
* Vaults become config options.

The user interacts with one thing: **the Terminal**.

Everything else is composable back-end logic — abstracted, optimized, silent.

***

### The Future of Onchain Trading

The long tail of tokens, strategies, and primitives will continue to grow.\
Most users will not care where a perp market lives. Or where USDC sits. Or how bridging works.

What they will care about:

* “Can I get into this trade before the rest?”
* “Can I size this without getting clipped?”
* “Can I get yield on idle cash without 5 clicks?”

Genius Terminal is designed to answer yes to all of the above — and make every other DeFi interface obsolete.

> A single place to speculate, hedge, yield, and rotate — invisibly, instantly, privately.

# Account Creation

### 1. Access the sign‑in/creation screen

<figure><img src="/files/T1IPlp6D9lPEMFjCZo2L" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Open the **Genius Terminal** web app (tradegenius.com).
* You are offered three sign‑in methods which are validated and secured by Turnkey.com and Lit Protocol:
  * **Continue with Google** – authenticates using your Google account.
  * **Continue with Apple** – uses your Apple ID for authentication.
  * **Continue with Wallet** – connect a supported crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to sign in.
* Selecting one of these methods triggers the corresponding OAuth/wallet flow. Complete any provider‑specific authentication steps

***

### 2. Choose a username

<figure><img src="/files/btV2z4LoaVvnUGoXXIap" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. After initial authentication you will see a **“Welcome Genius”** screen with a user avatar and a single field for a **username**.
2. The username must be between 6–20 characters and unique across the platform. Enter your desired handle and click **Next** to continue. This is used for your leaderboard position and is your unique TraderID.&#x20;

***

### 3. Set up a passkey (optional)

<figure><img src="/files/FDaAv4Wd8uCczewzrjSj" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. The next screen offers to **Set up your Security Passkey**. The passkey uses your device’s biometric or hardware‑based key to authenticate quickly without passwords.
2. Use the drop‑down to select a registered passkey (e.g., **Passkey**) and specify how long a session should remain active (for example, **4 hours**).
3. Click **Set Up Passkey** to register it with Genius Terminal. You can also click **Skip** to bypass this step and use other two‑factor methods later.

***

### 4. Enter an email for alerts (optional)

<figure><img src="/files/J3dzD8Hg9tiONlYsYw0d" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. The final screen prompts you to **Enter your email for alerts**. This email is used for platform notifications (e.g., trade confirmations or price alerts).
2. Type your email address and click **Next** to finish registration. You may also select **Skip** if you prefer not to receive email alerts.

***

### 5. Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) options

Beyond the passkey setup shown in the screenshots, Genius Terminal supports additional 2FA methods to secure your account:

1. **Email‑based 2FA** – Every time you log in or perform sensitive actions, the platform sends a one‑time code to your registered email. You must enter this security code on the site to confirm your identity.
2. **Message‑based 2FA** – Similarly, a one‑time code is sent via SMS to your verified phone number. Entering this code completes the login or transaction process.
3. **Passkey‑based 2FA** – The passkey you set up acts like a biometric/hardware token; when prompted, you authenticate using your device’s built‑in mechanism (face or fingerprint recognition).

Activating at least one 2FA method is strongly recommended to protect your account from unauthorized access. When enabled, the platform will prompt you for the respective verification code or passkey confirmation each time you sign in or perform high‑risk operations.

# Funding Your Account

### Transfer

You can fund your Genius wallet using an existing wallet by simply copying your Genius addresses and transferring funds into your Genius wallets across Solana, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Base, BNB, Sonic, HyperEVM and the Hyperliquid Perps exchange.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/ho4Uz8dPDyBc9iHoZwr1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### Buy

<figure><img src="/files/361L6TOVnGcYBlUEkeOn" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Buying allows you to on-ramp onto Genius seamlessly via a tight integration with Coinbase, as well as major credit and debit card providers with Moonpay.&#x20;

***

### Convert

<figure><img src="/files/OCKRHJlo9jcmaN0Zqvw9" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Convert allows you to move from your spot balances on Genius Pro, to Hyperliquid USDC, which allows you to trade perpetuals via the Hyperliquid Perps exchange. Bridging is easy, gas free, and signature free, with confirmation times ranging from 1 to 30 seconds.&#x20;

# Security and 2FA

***

### Two Factor Authentication

<figure><img src="/files/GWSPSVi4XzG0ryp2IqDX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Genius Terminal offers multiple non-passkey two-factor authentication options to harden account security against unauthorized access. Users can enable Email 2FA, Text Message 2FA, or WhatsApp 2FA, each adding an extra verification step after login. Once activated, the system sends a one-time security code through the chosen channel, which must be entered to complete sign-in.&#x20;

***

### Session Length

<figure><img src="/files/b1l3hFj0nXN4dOHafGwC" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Genius Terminal’s session length setting controls how long you stay logged in before automatic logout, balancing convenience with security by limiting exposure from unattended devices.

# Wallets and Keys

### Accessing Your Wallets&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/w7DptV7NUk9e4CsCGv2t" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Users have two unique wallet addresses for both supported network **types (Solana and EVM),** allowing users to easily copy or download them for deposits and on-chain interactions. QR codes offer quick scanning for mobile transfers, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions without manual entry errors.

***

### Downloading Your Keys

<figure><img src="/files/EqQm7LKj0HF3WsAUbAtC" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

<figure><img src="/files/z7PvY5CWmUcSJsPHB0PV" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Since possession of the private key grants full control over the account and funds, users are prompted to confirm understanding before viewing or copying it. Keys should only be exported when absolutely necessary and stored securely offline to prevent theft or unauthorized access.

# Settings

### Pre-sets

<figure><img src="/files/yD5xpThII1m6sGU8PMVI" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Fees

### Spot Fees

Trading fees are based on total volume, with higher volumes unlocking higher cash backs, lowering the net effective fee.&#x20;

#### Stable Coin and Native Transactions

There is a fixed 0.05% fee for stable coin to stable coin transactions (ex. USDC to USDT) and for stable to native asset transactions (ex. BNB -> USDT) regardless of tier. There are no fee kickbacks on stable coin transactions or stable to native, native to stale transactions. Users still earn 0.5X points on this volume.&#x20;

***

### Perps Fees

Perps fees are based entirely on your Hyperliquid and Aster tier.&#x20;

# Execution Management

### Aggregators vs Fast Swaps&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/9X77ChLy5XEvZUef1HYs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Aggregator Swaps vs. Fast (Direct) Swaps

Genius supports two fundamentally different swap execution paths: **Fast (Direct) Swaps** and **Aggregator Swaps**. They optimize for different constraints and should be used intentionally.

***

### Fast (Direct) Swaps

**What they are**\
Fast swaps execute directly against a single native liquidity pool (or direct route) without querying multiple venues.

**Core properties**

* Lowest possible latency
* Quote generated client-side
* Transaction is built and submitted immediately
* No multi-aggregator routing logic

**Pros**

* Fastest execution path
* Higher likelihood of landing the transaction first
* Ideal for latency-sensitive trades (e.g. new launches, volatile assets, thin markets)

**Cons**

* Pricing may be worse than aggregated routes
* Higher price impact in certain pool structures
* Less protection against suboptimal liquidity distribution

**Typical use cases**

* Sniping / trench trades
* Highly time-sensitive entries
* Situations where execution speed matters more than price

***

### Aggregator Swaps

**What they are**\
Aggregator swaps query multiple liquidity sources and routing engines to find the optimal execution path before submitting a transaction.

**Core properties**

* Queries multiple aggregators and pools
* Optimizes for output amount and/or slippage
* Quote generation takes longer than fast swaps
* More complex routing logic

**Pros**

* Better pricing in most normal market conditions
* Lower effective price impact
* More robust for larger trades

**Cons**

* Higher latency due to quote computation
* Slightly slower transaction submission
* Less suitable for ultra-competitive latency environments

**Typical use cases**

* Larger position sizes
* Price-sensitive trades
* Stable or moderately volatile markets

***

### Latency vs. Pricing: The Fundamental Tradeoff

At a high level:

**Fast swaps = low latency, worse pricing**\
**Aggregator swaps = higher latency, better pricing**

This tradeoff is structural and unavoidable.

On EVM chains in particular, it is possible to see:

* **Low slippage but high price impact**, depending on pool design
* Example: a Uniswap V3 pool with low liquidity in the active price bin may show low slippage but still move the price aggressively due to concentrated liquidity mechanics

Because of this:

* A fast swap may *appear* acceptable on slippage but still execute at a worse effective price
* An aggregator may route across multiple venues to reduce price impact, even if it takes longer to compute

***

### When to Use Each

**Use Fast (Direct) Swaps when:**

* You care more about speed than price
* You are competing for early entry
* Market conditions are chaotic or extremely time-sensitive
* You are trading small size relative to pool depth

**Use Aggregator Swaps when:**

* You care about execution quality and price
* You are trading meaningful size
* Market conditions are stable enough to tolerate quote latency
* You want minimized price impact across venues

***

### Genius-Specific Advantage: Explicit Routing Control

<div data-full-width="false"><figure><img src="/files/2bHlZwXsAh96je1LU9sM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Genius is the **only trading terminal** that allows you to **explicitly control how your order is routed when using aggregators**.

This includes:

* Selecting which aggregators are enabled or disabled
* Choosing between **best price** vs. **fastest quote**
* Enabling or disabling specific liquidity sources (DEXs, pools, venues)
* Controlling simulation behavior for speed vs. safety tradeoffs

Most terminals abstract this away and force opaque routing decisions.

Genius exposes the routing layer directly.

This means:

* You are not forced into a black-box execution path
* You can optimize for your specific strategy, not the average user
* Advanced traders can trade off speed, price, and reliability explicitly

In short:\
**Fast swaps optimize for speed. Aggregators optimize for price. Genius lets you decide — and lets you decide precisely.**

# Swaps

### Single Chain

<figure><img src="/files/0eK1Qh2ELOT0yP9vGjBt" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The **Single Chain Swap** interface allows you to exchange tokens within the same blockchain network instantly.\
Users can select the token to send and receive, enter the desired amount, and view live conversion rates with minimal slippage. The interface displays historical price charts for both assets, current balances, and estimated fees before confirming the trade. This setup is designed for fast, on-network swaps with clear execution details.

***

### Cross-Chain

The **Cross-Chain Bridge** enables secure transfers of assets between different blockchain networks directly within the Genius Terminal.\
Users choose the source and destination tokens/networks, enter the transfer amount, and provide a recipient address. The interface shows price charts for both source and destination assets, calculates fees, and displays expected output before confirmation.

#### Genius Bridge Protocol (GBP) Overview

Genius Bridge Protocol powers the cross-chain experience in Genius Terminal, allowing seamless bridging between supported ecosystems without leaving the platform. GBP aggregates and routes liquidity through trusted bridge and swap endpoints, optimizing for security, low slippage, and fast settlement. This infrastructure ensures that users can move value across chains with the same simplicity and confidence as a single-chain swap.&#x20;

How? GBP is a novel intent-based interoperability protocol that allows users and dApps to execute complex, cross-chain token operations through a single abstracted interface. It abstracts away the complexity of multi-hop routing, liquidity discovery, bridging, and swap finality. GBP supports both Ethereum-based and non-EVM ecosystems, offering native interop across networks like Solana, Arbitrum, Base, and others.

**GBP is cheaper than DeBridge by a factor of 5 with similar fill time. You can read more about it here:**&#x20;

<https://docs.bridgesmarter.com/>

<figure><img src="/files/9EaXu5KdbF78N0rSDOWN" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Sponsorships

For all networks other than Avalanche, and HyperEVM, we sponsor user transactions when the user does not have any native token to cover the gas cost of a given transaction. However, for the two aforementioned networks, this is not the case. Please ensure that you have both $AVAX and $HYPE in your wallet prior to transacting on those networks for optimal success.&#x20;

On EVM, Genius uses EIP7702 to sponsor user transactions when accounts don’t have gas. This comes with a 10% premium\
On Solana, Genius sponsors via a feePayer wallet when accounts don’t have gas. Due to Solana mechanics there is up to a \~1 dollar premium for Solana sponsorships. It is recommend that users keep Solana in their wallets to avoid sponsorship premiums and set tips to 0

# Airdrop

This page describes Genius' season 1 airdrop campaign

### Season 1 Airdrop Guide

#### Overview

Genius Season 1 rewards entitle users to a total of 70,000,000 $GENIUS tokens, via the Genius Foundation.

***

#### **Core Mechanism**

There are two ways in which you can claim your airdrop

1. **Early claim penalty**

   There is a 7 day claim window. If you choose to unlock your allocation right now, you will incur an automation burn penalty of 70%. For example, if you have 100 $GENIUS tokens and you choose to claim right now, you will lose 70 of your $GENIUS tokens and will only receive 30 $GENIUS tokens. The 70 $GENIUS tokens will be permanently burned.
2. **1 year lock up**

   You have another choice that does not incur a penalty. You simply **do nothing** and allow the airdrop claim window to pass. After this point, your token allocation will be locked in a smart contract for 1 year. This will entitle you to 100% of your allocation, without any burn mechanism in place. 100 $GENIUS tokens will be 100 $GENIUS tokens a year later.

***

#### **Refund**&#x20;

The Refund option allows you to burn 100% of your $GENIUS token allocation in exchange for the fees collected by Genius. You can claim this for 48 hours after TGE.

Your funds will appear within 48 hours past claiming.

We must be extremely clear on two points for how Genius fees are calculated.

1. We are refunding net fees, not absolute fees. We have already actively paid out more than 7M USD in cash-back to our trading community and over 1.3M in referral rewards to our traders. We are calculating the net fees that you paid the terminal AFTER these fees have already been deducted. If you have already  claimed cash-backs and referrals, these will not be double counted.&#x20;
2. If you executed a trade, and the total fee was 20 basis points, of which 15 basis points were charged by the underlying DEX (for example, Pancake Swap), and only 5 basis points were charged by the Genius Terminal, we can only refund you for the 5 basis points. We have no ability to collect fees from external parties. This is impossible and any FUD that is being spread around Genius not refunding fees in their entirety will be shut down immediately. The fee you paid us is distinct from the fee paid to underlying providers. This is simply the reality of how the terminal and aggregator business model works.

If you believe we have made a mistake in our refund calculations, you will be able to dispute this in a dedicated Google form, after the first week post TGE.

***

#### **Why this structure?**

{% embed url="<https://x.com/cz_binance/status/2000835198985101501>" %}

The answer is simple: longevity. If you're long-term aligned that Genius is building something of true value, then you will have no problem accepting that the developers of the terminal and its associated products are not going anywhere. There is a highly ambitious roadmap to eat most of DeFi on BNB Chain and beyond, and there is no incentive to reward mercenary actors. The explicit goal is to curate a community of users who are here in a sincerely aligned way.

# Season 2 Points

This page describes Genius' season 1 points campaign

## <mark style="color:purple;">Earn 70,000,000 $GENIUS tokens</mark>&#x20;

### Earning Guide

#### Overview

Season 2 introduces a fully continuous, retroactive points system designed to reward consistent, high-quality trading activity over time for the sum total of 200M GP.&#x20;

Season 2 will run from April 10 through August 10.

During this period, Genius Points are earned through daily competition and distributed on a weekly basis.

This model is purpose-built to prioritize real traders, discourage inorganic activity, and ensure that points are allocated to those who contribute meaningful volume to the platform.

***

#### Emissions and Distribution

A fixed pool of 1,500,000 GP is allocated per day.

Each day functions as an independent distribution window. Users earn a share of that day’s allocation based on their proportion of total effective trading volume.

Points are calculated daily but distributed at the end of each week. Weekly distributions reflect the cumulative result of each user’s daily participation.

There is no inflation and no dynamic expansion of supply during Season 2.

***

#### Core Mechanism

Genius Points are distributed pro rata based on effective trading volume.

For any given day:

User GP = (User Effective Volume ÷ Total Platform Effective Volume) × 1,500,000

This structure ensures that rewards are directly tied to relative contribution, not absolute size. Every participant is competing for share, not chasing fixed thresholds.

Transaction count has no impact on allocation. Referrals do not contribute to GP earnings.

***

#### Effective Volume

Effective volume remains the sole determinant of GP allocation.

Volume is weighted to preserve fairness across the distribution:

* Stablecoin and stable-to-native transactions receive reduced weighting
* Whale concentration is smoothed through concave scaling
* Smaller traders retain guaranteed participation in emissions

This ensures that no single participant can monopolize distribution while still rewarding meaningful volume.

***

#### Weekly Distribution

Points are issued once per week.

Each weekly drop aggregates all daily allocations across the period. Users can verify their earnings transparently through the points dashboard.

This retroactive system improves auditability, reduces exploitability, and aligns rewards with sustained participation rather than short-term behavior.

***

#### Initial Fee Window

The first three days of Season 2 will operate under a flat 4 basis point trading fee across all users.

This is the lowest fee environment offered on Genius to date.

This window is designed to maximize early participation and allow all users to accumulate volume at minimal cost, independent of level or prior activity.

***

#### Bonus Allocation

An additional 17,000,000 GP has been reserved for discretionary allocation by the Genius team.

These points will be deployed to reinforce high-signal behavior across the platform, including but not limited to:

* Consistent trading activity
* Organic user behavior
* Contributions to platform liquidity quality

This pool exists to ensure that the system can reward behavior that pure volume metrics may not fully capture.

***

#### Design Principles

Season 2 is built on three core principles:

First, consistency over bursts.\
Sustained participation across the full season is more valuable than isolated spikes in volume.

Second, share over size.\
Rewards are determined by relative contribution to daily flow, not absolute trading size.

Third, quality over gaming.\
The system is structured to minimize the impact of inorganic strategies and maximize rewards for genuine trading activity.

***

#### Strategic Implications

Each day represents a new distribution cycle. Users who maintain steady participation are positioned to accumulate a larger share of emissions over time.

Periods of lower overall platform activity present opportunities to capture outsized share with comparatively lower volume.

Fee tier progression remains a critical lever. As cumulative volume increases, effective trading costs decline, improving the efficiency of continued participation.

***

#### Summary

Season 2 transforms the Genius Points system into a continuous, share-based distribution model.

Users are not earning fixed rewards. They are competing for ownership of a fixed daily emission.

The outcome is determined by one variable alone:\
your share of total effective trading volume, every single day.

### Introduction

First, we as the Genius team want to thank the incredible community response and adoption to our launch. We have processed over $3B in volume at time of writing, blowing away our expectations, and defining a new standard for successful terminal launches.

Because of this unprecedented level of adoption, we are reshaping our points program to make sure that:

1. The everyday, small trader is our top priority — democratized access to on-chain assets is our end goal
2. Bots and sybils are highly discouraged moving forward
3. The value of GP accumulated in its current form becomes even higher

All GP that has been earned through trading volume remains intact. You worked hard for your points, and we will always honor the efforts of our users.&#x20;

This document defines all mechanisms through which users earn Genius Points (GP). GP is awarded for trading activity, milestone progression, and is scaled by level-based multipliers. There will be a follow-up message to alert users when the updated points structure will be visible in their dashboards.

### Season One: GP Supply, Distribution & Trader Protections

Season one will end on April 12, 2026.&#x20;

#### Fixed Supply Commitment (Season One)

* Total GP for Season One: 200,000,000
* No inflation. No expansion. No dilution.
* This number is final.
* 75,000,000 GP have already been awarded
* 125,000,000 GP remain to be earned
* We are reclaiming all GP awarded for referrals to prevent botting. Much more information below.&#x20;

All trading GP already earned are final and unaffected by program changes.

***

#### Weekly GP Distribution Model (Retroactive Drops)

This model will go live at 4pm EST, January 19, 2026.&#x20;

We are transitioning from a continuous, real-time points accrual model to a retroactive weekly GP drop system. This change materially improves fairness, auditability, and bot resistance.

How weekly GP drops work:

* GP is distributed once per week at the end of the week
* Each week releases 10,000,000 GP
* GP is allocated retroactively
* Allocation is determined only by spot trading volume\
  Each week releases a fixed 10,000,000 GP emission. There will be a weighted distribution, specifically in place so that Whales do not monopolize the entire GP emissions and that smaller traders are allocated GP with certainty.&#x20;

We compute “effective volume” as follows:

* There will be a weighted distribution around volume to ensure that small traders are sufficiently rewarded and allocation is not usurped by a few big traders. &#x20;
* Once effective volume is computed for every trader, the weekly pools are distributed pro-rata
* Transaction count does not matter
* Referrals do not matter for GP

***

#### Stable Coin and Native Transactions

There is a fixed 0.05% fee for stable coin to stable coin transactions (ex. USDC to USDT) and for stable to native asset transactions (ex. BNB -> USDT) regardless of tier. There are no fee kickbacks on stable coin transactions or stable to native, native to stale transactions. Users still earn 0.5X points on this volume.&#x20;

Your weekly GP allocation can be reviewed transparently via the Airdrop Portal. This can be found at: <https://www.tradegenius.com/points/you>

This weekly cadence defines the remaining distribution of GP for Season One.

***

#### Points Surplus and Prize Wheel

We have earmarked a surplus of 5M GP in total, which will go towards bonus incentives, as well as our beloved prize wheel distribution.&#x20;

***

### Level System: Milestones, Multipliers, Fees & Cashback

#### System Overview

The Genius level system rewards long-term, consistent participation.

What has changed:

* All task-based requirements have been fully removed
* Levels are now determined exclusively by cumulative spot trading volume

What remains intact:

* Fee discounts

Your level amplifies your GP earnings and directly reduces your trading costs over time.

***

#### Level-Based Milestones

Please note that the milestones below and trading fees are "net effective" trading fees. This means that all users are charged the same amount per trade (0.30%) and then the user earns a cash back to get them to the net effective fee depending on their level.&#x20;

**Level 1 — Smart**

* Cumulative volume: $0-$100,000
* Trading fee: 0.30%

***

**Level 2 — Ultra Genius**

* Cumulative volume: $100,000-$1,000,000
* Trading fee: 0.20%

***

**Level 3 — Mastermind**

* Cumulative volume: $1,000,000-$10,000,000
* Trading fee: 0.10%

***

**Level 4 — Mogger Genius**

* Cumulative volume: $10,000,000-$100,000,000
* Trading fee: 0.05%

### Referrals, Anti-Bot Enforcement & Token Commitment

#### Anti-Bot Enforcement

Over a recent 72-hour period, we identified substantial botting and sybil behavior on the platform. With support from our wallet authentication providers, including Turnkey, we flagged and verified a large number of anomalous users.

To preserve GP integrity and protect authentic traders, structural changes were required.

***

#### Referral GP: Permanently Removed

* All referral-based GP have been slashed and reclaimed
* This change is effective immediately
* Referral-based GP incentives will not return

This decision was made to eliminate bot farms at the incentive level.

#### Referral Fees: Cash-Based, Abuse-Resistant

Referrals remain highly incentivized, just in a healthier, more sustainable way.

Referral fee structure:

* Earn 35% of the trading fees paid by every user you refer
* Paid in cash, not GP
* Applies forever
* Applies to existing and future referrals once fees are turned on

Important conditions:

* Referral fees begin only after Genius trading fees are turned on
* No referral earnings apply retroactively to historical volume
* Earnings apply only to future traded volume once fees are live

Fee calculation clarity:

If the referred trader qualifies for a reduced fee tier (e.g. 0.2%), your referral payout is 35% of that effective fee, not 35% of gross volume.

Referral fees are always calculated on the net fee actually paid after discounts.

***

#### Spin Wheel and Daily Bonuses&#x20;

Win a spin for every additional $100K traded. Previous spins won before retroactive points will be honored. Spins are capped at 50 and will be re-enabled during Week 2 of Retroactive Points

***

#### Token Commitment

We are explicitly committing, in writing:

* A $GENIUS token will be created before April 12, 2026
* No other terminal has a token, and cumulatively have extracted billions in liquidity from retail users. $GENIUS will be the first step in allowing anyone to participate in the value created by our ecosystem.&#x20;

This is a hard commitment and an integral part of the Genius roadmap.
